Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and urgent care across all age groups within rural community clinics. You will perform patient assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, ordering tests and prescribing medications as needed.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care and accurately document interactions and treatment plans in the EHR.
