Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is expanding and seeks a fast, friendly Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple clinics in Central/East Georgia. You will provide urgent and primary care with telemedicine and occupational medicine capabilities, traveling within 90 miles of home to Charlotte, Cameron, Winston-Salem, Liberty and Locust.

The ideal candidate will have FNP Board Certification, MSN or higher, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• FNP Board Certification is required.
• MSN or higher education required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor procedures (toe nail removal, foreign object removal).
• Suturing and splinting.
• General orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of x-rays (over-read by Radiologist).
• General dermatology and eye problems management.
• General EKG interpretations and emergency management skills.
• General GYN expertise and care for children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine and telemedicine delivery.

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – Central/East Georgia Region

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work across multiple clinics in your area! You will provide patient-focused care to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment. This provider will be going to Charlotte, Cameron, Winston-Salem, Liberty and Locust. (Anywhere within 90 miles of your home address)

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreetClinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• KidsStreetClinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications:
