Education & Qualification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nursing (RN) License required
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University required
• Master's Degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program
• Active registration as a Nurse Practitioner by the Texas Board of Registered Nursing
• Certification from a national accrediting body, such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) (e.g. Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, etc.)Alternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire
• Active Nurse Practitioner Furnishing licenseAlternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire
• Active DEA number and "X" Waiver to prescribe buprenorphine productsAlternatively, eligibility within 90-days of hire
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated experience and education in providing care for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
