Job summary

Sierra Health + Wellness in California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner contractor (10-99) to provide mental health and substance use disorder care. The role requires an NP certification, licensed RN, and a Furnishing license, with DEA X-waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.

Candidates should hold a Master's in a nurse practitioner program, and be eligible within 90 days if not yet licensed, with strong communication, counseling and coordination skills, and ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP program is required.
• Active NP furnishing license is required.
• DEA number with X waiver to prescribe buprenorphine products is required.
• BL S certification must be active.
• Must be eligible for licensure within 90 days of hire.
