MainStreet Family Care in Milton, FL is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered urgent care in a fast-paced environment, with support for new graduates and a full scope of practice across all ages.

The role includes diagnosing and treating a range of conditions, performing minor procedures, conducting orthopedic and dermatologic evaluations, reviewing X-rays and EKGs, and delivering emergency and gynecologic care while guiding occupational medicine and

• Family Nurse Practitioner board certification (required).
• MSN or higher degree; new graduates welcomed.
• DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (cost covered).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Milton, FL – Full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is needed to deliver patient‑focused urgent care in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports new graduates, offers comprehensive training, and includes a full scope of practice across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory illnesses.
• Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal, foreign‑object removal, suturing, and splinting.
• Provide general orthopedic and dermatologic evaluations.

Schedule

Open 7 days a week: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm, Saturday–Sunday 9:00 am–4:00 pm. Work a rotating shift: every other weekend on, rotating 7 days on and 7 days off.
