Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner for full-time, on-site care. Located in the United States, the role requires 1 year in Primary Care or related fields, and work across day, night, and weekend shifts. Tier 4 security clearance is required to start.

You will provide direct patient care, take histories, and follow SOPs with medical follow-up. BLS is required; experience with communicable diseases is preferred.

Qualifications

• State license accepted for practice.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine.
• Graduate of a nursing program approved by the state accrediting body and accredited by NLNAC/CCNE.
• Must be comfortable caring for patients aged 0–99.
• Experience with communicable diseases required.
• BLS through AHA or equivalent certification.
• No criminal convictions beyond minor expunged offenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Take patient histories and complete required paperwork.
• Assess and treat patients per SOP with follow‑up.
• Provide emergency/First Aid care within scope until transfer to local system.
• Perform limited minor procedures (e.g., simple suturing).
• Review and reevaluate ongoing cases as needed.
• Carry out physician‑supervised orders.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and medical records privacy.
• Apply pharmacology knowledge when prescribing/dispensing medications.

SCHEDULE: Full time 36-48 hour work week Day, Night, and Weekend shifts

PAY: $75 + $4.93 Fringe Housing and weekly stipend provided for travelers

REQUIREMENTS:

• ANY STATE LICENSE ACCEPTED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine setting
• NP Education or Training: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Must be COMFORTABLE with all age groups 0-99
• Must have experience with Communicable Diseases
• Must have or obtain a BLS through AHA
• The NP must not have been convicted of, or pled guilty to, or pled nolo contendre to, or received probation before judgment for any crime other than a minor traffic violation the record of which has not been expunged.

Tier 4 Security Clearance is required to start.

TYPE OF WORK:

• Provides direct care to patients.
• Performs medical histories on patients and completes necessary paperwork on them.
• Evaluates and provides care to patients per SOP, with medical follow‑up, on sick call, or who are walk‑ins.
• Provides emergency and First Aid treatment within Scope of Work until care is transferred to a local healthcare system as appropriate.
• Performs limited, minor surgical procedures that do not require extensive care, labs, or radiographic studies. These might include such things as simple suturing of uncomplicated lacerations, incision and drainage of simple cysts.
• Reviews/reevaluates daily or as necessary, those cases requiring ongoing medical/pharmaceutical attention.
• Carries out orders authorized by the physician supervisor.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy of medical records.
• Applies knowledge of drugs and therapeutics when prescribing and dispensing medication.
