Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide primary healthcare to patients of Alivio. The Nurse Practitioner utilizes theories of psychosocial, developmental, educational and nursing sciences to facilitate the delivery of this health care. The Nurse Practitioner works inter-dependently with and independently of the multi-disciplinary team.
