Primary Healthcare Centers is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Gilbert Elementary Clinic. You’ll deliver patient-centered primary care across all ages, build lasting relationships, and help strengthen community health.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Georgia as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
