Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is expanding and seeks a fast, friendly Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple North GA clinics. You will deliver patient-centered urgent and primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate holds FNP certification, MSN or higher, and excels in communication. Compensation includes hourly pay with bonuses, malpractice insurance, CME allowance, mileage pay, and 401k eligibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care across multiple clinics.
• Perform minor procedures: toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• Review of x-rays with radiologist for over-read.
• Assess dermatology and eye problems.
• Interpret EKGs and assist in emergencies.
• Provide GYN care and care for children of all ages.
• Support occupational medicine and telemedicine services.

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner – North GA Region

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to workacross multiple clinics in your area! You will provide patient-focusedcare to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• KidsStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
