Job summary

AdvanceCare Health Services is seeking caring, dependable individuals to provide non-medical, in-home care for intellectual and disabled individuals in Middle Tennessee. Candidates must live in Middle TN to participate. We offer an independent work environment, supportive team, and monthly recognition programs.

Pay starts at $2,300 per month (tax-free). This role aims to help clients become more independent while feeling part of a family.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical, in-home care is a plus.
• Must be able to follow care plans and maintain safety in-home environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Help with meal preparation.
• Provide medication and appointment reminders.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence support.
• Run errands and accompany to appointments as needed.
• Provide transportation services.
• Ensure safety and supervision in the home.

We are looking for caring, kind, and dependable people who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals throughout Middle Tennessee. It is a requirement that you live in Middle TN to participate in this program.
