Job summary

Curative in Iowa is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with obstetrics training or experience to join a hospital-employed practice about 90 minutes from Des Moines.

The position offers a four-day workweek or block schedule, with approximately 450 deliveries annually and in-house OB support. Expect high-quality, patient-centered primary and obstetric care in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
• Obstetrics training or experience required or preferred.
• C-section skills welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Offer obstetric care with inpatient coverage and collaboration with OB staff.
• Participate in 1-hour new patient visits and 30-minute follow-ups.
