Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a full-time Core Faculty Member for a Family Medicine Residency Program in Georgia. The role focuses on providing full-spectrum outpatient care, supervising residents, delivering didactic lectures, and helping to develop curriculum.

Ideal candidates will have completed an ACGME-accredited FM residency, be ABFM/AOBFM certified or eligible, and hold or pursue Georgia medical licensure, with a passion for teaching in a collaborative academic setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
• Board certified or board eligible by ABFM or AOBFM.
• Valid Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program by start date.
• Must be in good standing with current employer or residency/fellowship program.
• Position requires teaching and supervising residents in outpatient Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine care.
• Precept residents and deliver lectures; collaborate on program projects and curriculum.
• Teach and supervise residents learning to provide full-spectrum Family Medicine.
• Participate in inpatient care and low-risk obstetrics teaching as needed.
