The role focuses on teaching, supervising residents, and delivering full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine in a hospital setting. The candidate will precept residents, lead lectures, and contribute to curriculum development while advancing graduate medical education within the residency program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completed accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
• Board certified or board eligible by ABFM or AOBFM
• GA Medical License or IMLC participation
• Must be in good standing with current employer or residency/fellowship
• Teaching and supervising residents in outpatient Family Medicine
• Inpatient care and low-risk obstetrics teaching opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine care.
• Precept residents and deliver didactic lectures.
• Collaborate with core faculty on program projects and curriculum.
• Support program development and innovation.
• Teach and supervise residents learning to provide full-spectrum Family Medicine.
