The role focuses on supervising residents, delivering full-spectrum outpatient care, and contributing to education and curriculum development on a 5-day schedule. The ideal candidate has GME supervisory experience or a strong interest in graduate medical education, with opportunities for teaching in inpatient settings and obstetric

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program by start date.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid Georgia medical license or eligibility via Interstate Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine outpatient care.
• Teach and supervise residents, precept lectures, and contribute to curriculum.
• Engage in program projects, education, and development of the residency program.
• Potential involvement in inpatient care and low-risk obstetrics.

Education

MD or DO degree

Board certification or eligibility (ABFM/AOBFM)

GA Medical License or Interstate Licensure
