Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for unrestricted Connecticut medical licensure.
• Eligible for appointment to the faculty of the UConn School of Medicine.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive ambulatory family medicine care at the Family Medicine Center.
• Serve as attending physician on the Family Medicine inpatient service.
• Participate in continuity care and team-based management of patients across the lifespan.
• Provide maternity care, including obstetrical services, consistent with training, credentialing, and interest.
• Perform office-based procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Precept and mentor residents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Develop and deliver didactic sessions and curricula; support scholarly activity.
