This state-of-the-art virtual clinic will deliver care to wherever the patient is at a time that is convenient for the patient, leveraging technology to offer primary care services 7 days a week.

Job details

• Full-time physicians will work four 10-hour shifts per week; weekend shifts include 1 in 10 weekends.
• Hourly rate compensation:
• Weekday (day) - $130/hr
• Weekday (evening) - $136.50/hr
• Saturdays & Sundays - $156/hr
• Holidays - $156/hr
• Work remotely from any of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY.
• Support staff includes MA, RN, and Virtual Coordinator.
• Ancillary support includes a large network of specialists, urgent care, lab, imaging, and more.
• Platform used: EPIC virtual platform.
• Tools: DAX Copilot.

Training and/or experience required

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum of 3 years of practice experience.
• Licenses in IL & WI.
