Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide expert wound care across multiple facilities in Minnesota. The role offers a mobile practice with bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and LTACHs.

The position features no nights, no calls, and no weekend clinical responsibilities, with 3- to 4-day work weeks and paid training through a wound care fellowship. Competitive compensation is provided with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
