Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a national wound care group. The role focuses on bedside wound management in post-acute settings with no nights or weekend responsibilities and includes paid training and a fellowship path.

The position offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm) or part-time options, mobile practice with 40-60 mile facility radius, and 20-30 patients per day. W2 employment with benefits provided, no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Deliver modern wound management using proprietary EMR during rounds.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius in a mobile practice, treating 20–30 patients per day.
