UCHealth in Windsor, Colorado, is adding a full-time Family Medicine physician to lead a brand-new clinic. The role offers a foundational position with a dedicated care team and access to UCHealth specialists across Northern Colorado.

The position supports a 36 patient-facing hour week, with a shared phone call system and potential relocation assistance. Visa support is not available for this role.

UCHealth, a nationally ranked, nonprofit health system offering advanced clinical care throughout the Rocky Mountain region, is excited to add a new primary care clinic to serve the Windsor community. UCHealth has embarked on a search for a full-time board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to be a foundational part of this new clinic.

With approximately 40 specialties within UCHealth Medical Group, you'll have access to a wide variety of specialty care when your patients need additional care. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 06/30/2026.

Exceptional Benefits

• The pay range for this full-time position is $257,000-$286,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
