UCHealth in Johnstown, Colorado is seeking a full-time, board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to join the new Family Medicine Ledge Rock clinic.

This outpatient practice offers 36 patient-facing hours weekly, a care-team model with RN and MAs, and strong support from UCHealth specialists across Northern Colorado.

Relocation assistance may be available and a robust benefits package is provided.

With approximately 40 specialties within UCHealth Medical Group, you'll have access to a wide variety of specialty care when your patients need additional care. The UCHealth Medical Group is physician led and employs nearly 2,000 physicians and advanced practice providers who aim to anticipate and address patients' every health need. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 5/18/2026.

Exceptional Benefits

• The pay range for this full-time position is $286,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
