Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics physician for full-time primary care. You will manage a diverse patient panel, deliver acute and chronic care, and participate in in-person, telehealth, and testing center visits.

You will collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, supervise NPs or PAs, and pursue Texas licensure if needed. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses are available, with a base salary range of

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+).
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• State licensed in TX, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs and visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
