Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Family Medicine/Medicine–Pediatrics physician to join our South Austin clinic. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide acute and chronic care, and conduct well visits in-office or at testing centers, with occasional tele-health as needed.

You will collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, supervise NP/PA colleagues, and pursue additional state licensure for expanded virtual care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency.
• Board certification or eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• TX state license by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
