Job summary

Trinity Health Medical Group in Grand Haven is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care team. This full-time position offers a stable schedule Monday–Friday, with opportunities to teach residents and students while delivering comprehensive patient care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The role includes collaboration with 12 providers and APPs, a 2-week annual call expectation, and a large group health system infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in their specialty or able to become board-certified within required timeframe.
• Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain.
• DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Teach and mentor residents, medical students, and fellows.
• Document medical records in Epic EMR.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support community health efforts.
