Job summary

Trinity Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the Spring Lake team. This full-time position offers diversified clinical duties, including resident and student teaching opportunities, in a physician-led private-practice culture supported by a national health system.

The schedule provides office hours Monday–Tuesday, with additional clinic coverage through Friday, allowing for balanced patient care and professional development.

Qualifications

Board certification in Family Medicine or in process with a defined timeframe.
Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain.
DEA license.
Willingness to participate in teaching and mentoring.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Providing direct patient care.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Participating in teaching and mentoring.
Documenting in Epic EMR.
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
Supporting community health efforts.
