Peoples Community Health Clinic in Waterloo, IA is seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join our Federally Qualified Health Center. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population with a light call schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, including loan repayment options and a guaranteed first-two-years salary.

Average patient volume is 12-14 per day with 5-day weeks, Monday–Friday, and no hospital duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with MD/DO degree.
• Completion of a certified residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in primary care.
• Experience with adult and pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses illnesses and prescribes/ administers treatment.
• Maintains accurate medical records and supports clinical documentation requirements.
• Collaborates with Medical Director and clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensures patient satisfaction and positive relationships with patients and staff.
