Responsibilities include providing comprehensive family medicine care and participating in shared practice calls. Candidates must have an MD/DO degree, complete a Family Medicine residency, and obtain Idaho licensure. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Family Medicine residency.
• Board certification expected within 3 years.
• Valid Idaho medical license required.
• Controlled substance registration necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shared practice call.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program

Board certified
