Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seeks a Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) for a brand-new 60,000+ sq ft facility. Open to full-time or part-time, with a schedule of 34 patient contact hours for full-time and a shared call system (approx. 1:40). Group consists of 11 FM providers and welcomes residents.

The Caldwell Health Plaza offers extensive services including urgent care, pediatrics, orthopedics, sleep medicine, lab, X-ray and more. Idaho licensure and DEA registration are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency completed.
• Board certified or board-eligible within 3 years.
• Idaho medical licensure required.
• DEA registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care in a 60,000+ sq ft facility.
• Join a group of 11 Family Medicine providers in a brand-new facility.
• Contribute to ongoing patient wellness, diagnosis and treatment.
• Participate in shared call (approx. 1:40).
