Sentara Medical Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a part-time Family Medicine physician for our Riverwalk clinic. Work with an established, physician-led team in a flexible schedule with minimal on-call, telephone triage handled by an RN, and strong 1:1 staff support in a fully integrated Epic system.

The compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, annual quality incentives, sign-on and starting bonuses, residency stipend options, and a retirement plan with company matching.

Sentara Medical Group has a part time Family Medicine opening in Chesapeake, VA at our Family Internal Medicine Riverwalk clinic. Join Sentara's established practice working full-time with flexible hours. Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RN.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $256,505.60 - $353,808.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
