Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered, community-based organization. This permanent full-time role emphasizes team-based care, leadership in standards and policies, and seamless coordination of diagnostic and treatment services.

You will stay current with CDC guidelines and pharm updates, and contribute to patient flow improvements while maintaining essential documentation and provider collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington.
• Unrestricted DEA registration for controlled substances.
• Qualifies for insurability under FTCA or equivalent liability coverage.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice post-training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to perform all physical demands of the role with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Render professional services within scope of training in compliance with laws and standards.
• Provide continuous care and supervision to patients; direct diagnostic and treatment services.
• Stay current on CDC guidelines, infectious disease updates, and pharma changes; disseminate to staff.
• Complete all medical records in a timely manner per policy.
• Devote full-time efforts to clinical practice; outside speaking or lecturing allowed if it doesn't affect practice.
• Provide clinical consultation to other providers; be available for questions.
