Britt Medical Search seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice in Southeast Washington. The role blends full-time primary care with preventive screenings, including colonoscopies, and requires specialized procedural training.

You will enjoy a flexible 4–5 day schedule (32–40 hours), no required evenings or weekends, dedicated MA support, on-site labs and imaging, AI-assisted documentation, and a pathway to partnership after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Full-time primary care with screening endoscopies and colonoscopies; specialized procedural training needed.
• Flexible four- or five-day schedule, 32–40 hours weekly, with no required evenings or weekends.
• Dedicated MA support, on-site labs/imaging, AI documentation support and light shared department call.
• Guaranteed base salary, quarterly productivity bonuses and potential partnership/shareholder eligibility after 12 months.
