Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join the outpatient practice at Henry Ford Medical Center - South Lyon, located in South Lyon, Michigan. You will provide comprehensive primary care within a collaborative, team-based model.

The role offers opportunities to teach medical students and residents, work with APPs and pharmacists, and participate in a supportive, inclusive workplace. Monday–Friday schedule with strong patient demand.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Residency completed in an ACGME or AOA accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the full spectrum of family medicine.
• Engage in a collaborative, team-based care model alongside case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and support staff.
• Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, with optional involvement in research initiatives.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Contribute to and support a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment.
