Geisinger Primary Care South Wilkes-Barre is the home of the Kistler Family Medicine Residency program, a three-year dedicated family medicine residency clinic. ?

In addition to treating all patient ages, the physician will have an opportunity towork with onsite medical students and precept residents.

At the clinic, you will experience:

• Outpatient only clinic schedule variable work week
• Physician panel sharing model
• Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload
• Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
• Centralized prescription refill team
• Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
• Epic EMR universal throughout Geisinger
• Ambient dictation

• Compensation competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
• Up to $250k recruitment incentives
• Residency/Fellowship stipend up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation
• Geography Stipend up to 20k at specific clinics
• Continuing medical education 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
• Fully paid relocation
