Compensation and Incentives

• Full-time annual salary range: $310,439 to $320,040
• Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
• Additional incentive opportunities: Based on geographic location and experience, including potential premium pay, ranging from $245,400 to $370,440.
• Sponsorship opportunities are considered for certain specialties.
