Vail Health and Colorado Mountain Medical seek a Family Medicine physician to join our Colorado team. The role focuses on comprehensive care for adults, prevention, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of conditions, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, are board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine, and hold a Colorado medical license.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current Colorado medical license in good standing is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients focusing on prevention, diagnosis and management of conditions.
• Prescribe medications, immunizations, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote health and wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with other care components.
