RRC Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for our in-person outpatient clinics in Los Angeles, CA. This role provides comprehensive primary care to adults and children within an integrated care team serving underserved communities.

Compensation ranges from $290,000 to $300,000 per year, with full benefits, loan repayment programs, paid CME time and stipend, malpractice insurance, and a sign-on incentive.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adults and children in outpatient settings.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic health record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person (outpatient)
