PeaceHealth, a well-established and financially stable multi-specialty provider group, is seeking physicians interested in an outpatient Family Medicine role.

The Barger clinic, located on Eugene's west side in the scenic Willamette Valley, is an NHSC approved site.

What you'll love about the job:

• Unique outpatient medicine practice in a team-based model
• Minimal clinic call
• Collaborative primary care group including:
• Internal Medicine - 1 physician
• Family Medicine - 3 physicians, 3 NPs, 1 PA
• Geriatrics - 3 physicians, 6 NPs (supporting nursing homes and community patients)
• Pediatrics - 5 physicians
• On-site social worker, pharmacist, chronic disease coordinator, and outpatient complex care manager
• Support staff with long-term commitment and mission focus
• Lab & X-ray services on site
• EPIC EMR system
• Strong emphasis on primary care importance within PeaceHealth
• Part of PHMG, comprising 400 clinicians across Oregon's West Network
