Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking residency-trained Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our hospital-employed outpatient team in Fredericksburg, VA. We are also recruiting faculty for our IM and FM residency programs. We serve a large region providing comprehensive, compassionate, and state-of-the-art care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a dedication to high-quality patient care. This position supports practice in/near Fredericksburg or Core Faculty roles, including visa sponsorship.

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical degree
