Job Description

Physicians are expected to deliver services at or above standard practices, adhere to medical ethics, and meet the qualifications outlined below.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a residency or fellowship in your specialty.
• Unrestricted DEA registration.
• Board certification or eligibility in your specialty.
• Medical license in applicable state.
• Doctorate MD or DO degree.

Physical Requirements

Medium work—exerting up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
