The team includes 6 physicians, 4 APCs, and specialty providers in cardiology, vascular, pain management, endocrinology, mammography, gastroenterology, and wound care. Christus Mother Frances Jacksonville is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with full-service imaging and laboratory.
