• Location: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
• Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
• Patient Volume: 22–28 patients per day
• Patient Demographics: 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics
• Call Schedule: Shared with current providers
