Job Details

We are seeking a core Family Medicine physician to join a busy group practice, caring for 16-22 patients daily across all ages. This is a full-time outpatient role, 4 to 5 days per week, with optional PRN hospitalist shifts at Three Rivers Hospital if desired.

Ancillary services like PT, OT, Cardiac Rehab, Lab, Sleep Lab, and Imaging are also available.
