Overview

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our staff. Visa Sponsorship Available.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• No OB
• Generative AI Scribes offered to all Primary Care Physicians to help decrease time and stress associated with notes
• Innovative Inbasket Ninja Program in place for Primary Care that covers inbaskets of any departed providers or providers on leave or vacation
• Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients
• Salary Range: $320,000 – $374,000. Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, and industry standards
• Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap, with potential for performance-based bonuses
• Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation
• Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
• Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programs
• Group Employed Model
• Visa sponsorship available – J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome
