Advocate Health is seeking a primary care physician to join this established practice in a newly updated outpatient facility in Lake Villa, IL. The ideal candidate(s) must be board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Details:

• Full-time primary care, outpatient only
• 2-year guaranteed floor salary $261,983-$261,893 for Family Medicine or $270,754-$270,754 for Internal Medicine
• $25K sign on bonus
• Up to $100k in student loan forgiveness
• Join 3 providers (1 FM, 1 IM, 1 NP)
• 36 clinic hours per week
• EPIC EMR
• 24/7 Nurse triage support

About Lake Villa, IL

Lake Villa, otherwise known as the Gateway of the Lakes Region, is located in Lake County, 4.5 miles from the Wisconsin border and is approximately 42 miles from the Loop. Lake Villa is surrounded by several ponds and smaller lakes that have led to the area s well known historic tourist industry.
