Health Wise LLC is partnering with a well-established and growing outpatient clinic in San Diego County to find a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven team in one of California’s most desirable locations.

What You’ll Do

• Outpatient primary care for a diverse patient population
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
