Qualifications

• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority needed.
• Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-established and expanding Family Medicine practice.
• Provide ambulatory primary care with embedded support services.
• Collaborate with RN Care Managers and behavioral health resources.
