Qualifications
- Must be board certified or eligible at the time of employment.
- Must be licensed in Washington state by the time of employment.
- Must have DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
Responsibilities
- Join a busy, well-established Family Medicine practice.
- Provide ambulatory Primary Care with embedded support services.
- Work in a sustainable and enjoyable environment.
Education
