Job Details

Qualifications

• Board-Certified family physician licensed in California.
• Preferred experience in community health centers or public health.
• Clinical experience in mental health, chronic pain, and chronic disease management.
• Commitment to preventive care, quality improvement, and patient empowerment.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a Care Team model.
• Ability to work at least one evening per week and up to 6 Saturday clinics per year.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable.
