Job summary

Pacific Medical Group – Canby, part of Praxis Health, seeks a Family Medicine physician dedicated to community-based, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting 30 minutes from Portland. The role emphasizes autonomy with strong administrative support, a four-day workweek, and a balanced patient panel to foster relationships.

The successful candidate will practice 100% outpatient Family Medicine (no obstetrics), expected to manage about 18 patients per day, and join a mission-driven team with

Qualifications

• Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Passionate about whole-person, community-based care.
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan.
• Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots.
• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications.
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices.
