Praxis Health's Pacific Medical Group – Canby invites an MD/DO Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient clinic just 30 minutes from Portland, OR. You will build long-term relationships with patients and a collaborative team.

The role offers autonomy with the stability of Praxis Health, a mission-driven network and supportive leadership. You will practice four days a week with about 18 patients daily, focusing on relationship-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO physician board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Passionate about whole-person, community-based care.
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan.
• Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; respect for patient confidentiality.
• Attend work regularly and on time.
