Job summary

Pure Heart Staffing is recruiting for BC/BE Family Medicine physicians for a float outpatient role at two established clinics in Auburn and Grass Valley, CA. This nonprofit community health center serves ~25,000 patients and offers a stable schedule with no patient panels.

compensation is top-of-band at $261,600–$324,350 plus up to $100K relocation/sign-on. NHSC loan repayment up to ~$75K is available; visa sponsor HPSA site. Full benefits included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, BC/BE in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted CA license (or eligibility), current DEA.
• Comfort seeing all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Experience in outpatient Family Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine across two clinics in Auburn and Grass Valley, CA.
• Manage care without a patient panel and cover provider leave as needed.
• Work a regular Monday–Friday schedule, 8–5, with no hospital call and no weekends.

We're seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physicians for a float role across two established outpatient clinics (Auburn and Grass Valley, CA) at a 50-year-old non-profit community health center serving ~25,000 patients. You'll increase access and cover provider leave — with a regular, pre-set schedule and no panel of your own.
